These Terms and Conditions are to ensure that your experience with Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich is a positive one and that you are fully satisfied with your package. All our clients agree to the following:
I acknowledge that the activities I undertake are at my own risk. I assume the risk of and the responsibility for any injury resulting from my participation in my activities. I participate in activities at my sole risk and responsibility. I release and indemnify and hold harmless Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich and its staff from and against all actions.
I recognise that Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich staff are not able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my medical fitness. I am medically sound to undertake a normal course of exercise and/or have cleared by my medical practitioner. I use Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich and participate in Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich activities at my own risk and responsibility.
Pole Fitness Australia Ipswich Refund Policy 08
- All cancellations incur a $20.00 administration fee.
- Courses cancelled mid-term are credited to the week of cancellation (for 12 months).
- Courses cancelled before the term date refunded less an administration cost.
- Deposits cancelled after start date are not transferable or refundable.
- Deposits cancelled before start date are transferable.
